For owners, estates, and galleries
Your art is in storage.
It could be earning.
Alevon offers monthly rental rates to art owners ranging from 0.2 to 1.5 percent of the artwork's value, with most frequently rented pieces priced below 0.5 percent per month. Traditional storage costs money every month and returns nothing. There is no upfront cost to list, and membership fees are waived for listing owners.
Protected everywhere
Lloyd's of London coverage at every location, climate control at the display location, and removal to a secure facility during named storms.
Private, always
Owner identities are never disclosed. Works remaining collateral with approved lenders can still be listed.
Handled end to end
Transport, installation, and handling by professional art handlers, coordinated by Alevon from pickup to placement.
How listing works.
Submit for pre-review
Anyone may submit, before any membership commitment. Share the basics and an image of the work; Alevon gets back to you within 24 hours. If pre-approved, we follow up to request full documentation.
Review
Alevon verifies provenance documentation, exhibition and publication records, insurance appraisals, and condition. The minimum threshold is $100,000, with no exceptions.
Approval
Before a work can be rented out, the owner completes membership approval, with fees waived for listing owners.
Listed and earning
The work joins the gated collection, visible to members. Owners split rental revenue with Alevon evenly.
Artist estates can introduce important works to new audiences and monetize stored assets without depressing existing markets through sales.
